Donna Smith – Traditional Shetland Haps

Learn about the traditional technique of Shetland lace hap (shawl) construction where the hap is knitted from the outside towards the centre.  You will be given instructions and guided through starting to knit your own mini hap using this technique.  There will be examples of traditional haps on display.

Participants need to be intermediate knitters, you  need to be able to read charts.
